Templates is a pro-tier feature.
If you have a project with a set of deliverables and tasks that you use over and over, save yourself time by creating a deliverables package template and add it all with just a few clicks. Reuse these content blocks in proposals and project management.
Create a deliverables package
The easiest way to create a deliverable's package is from an existing project. Choose any project that you've already created and hover over the name in projects>project list.
Select the floppy disk icon to save the full suite of project and it's deliverables as a package template. Timeline of due dates for your template will automatically calculate based on the time between when you began the project and the due date you set.
You can edit the project and it's deliverables in the template by clicking any line of deliverables.
You can also create a deliverables package from scratch. Navigate to templates from the settings cog in the lower left corner. Choose the "Deliverables packages" tab and "Create new" in the upper right corner. Enter your package settings including fee type (hourly, fixed price, and retainer) and amount you will be paid.
After you've created the project, you can add deliverables by choosing "Add deliverable" in the new line created. Add as much or as little detail to the modal screen as works in your business. Only the name is required.
Choose a time frame for completion of this deliverable. The actual date will set based on when a project is created from a signed contract. Add as many deliverables as you'd like to each project as part of the package.
Using deliverables packages
Add your deliverables package to any proposal. In any editable proposal, select the +insert block. You will see the option to start from scratch with new deliverables packages or any of the templates that you have created.
You can also add deliverables templates in your proposal templates the same way to make creating a repeatable proposal a breeze.
When you create a new project, you will have the option to name your project or start from a created template.
Simply choose a client to add the deliverables package to and your admin day is already one step closer to done.
Deliverables packages pair nicely with proposal templates.
